Here’s Alia Bhatt as the strong-willed and resolvent Sita from RRR
The makers of the upcoming biggie ‘RRR’ have unveiled the character look of Alia Bhatt. She plays a role named Sita in the film. In an earlier interview with PTI, Alia Bhatt had revealed that she literally begged director SS Rajamouli to cast her in the film. Along with sharing Alia’s character poster, Rajamouli wrote,

‘RRR’ is a period film made on a massive budget. It is about two freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad, respectively. Jr NTR and Ram Charan play the two lead roles. While Jr NTR essays Komaram Bheem’s role, Ram Charan plays the part of Alluri Sitarama Raju.
Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Samuthirakani and many others are part of the cast. The film is being made in various languages on a budget of over Rs 400 crores. The makers have announced October 13, 2021 as the release date.
