Lekha Namboothiri in miserable health condition and wants to meet Mammootty
Lekha Namboothiri become quite popular in Kerala due to her kind act of donating her kidney freely for a youngster named Shafi who is from Pattambi. She had done it after got inspired from a character played by Mammootty in a film named Loudspeaker. In that film, the character named Mike had donated his Kidney and that made Lekha to donate her Kidney as well for the one who needed it badly to live.
But she is now in miserable health condition and she can’t even walk without the help of others. She wants to meet Mammootty now and also she seeks financial help for her treatment. Lekha M Namboothiri said that she wanted to meet Mammootty for long years as she is a great fan of him. But many people had cheated her by saying that they will make arrangements for her to meet Mammootty. She is now suffering from illness related to her backbone.
Lekha was a beautician settled in Mavelikkara and she has no other means of income other than her work in beauty Parlor. But now this health condition made her bed ridden and she can’t go for work. She was in treatment at a private hospital at Kandiyoor for 15 days. But now she got discharged from there as she had no money with her to pay the bill.
We hope that kind hearted people will come forward to help this lady who set an example before us through her kind act in the past. We also hope that Mammootty will come to know about this soon and he will come and meet Lekha Namboothiri.
