Yesterday universal star Mohanlal updated his Facebook status saying that the much awaited teaser of his film Kanal will arrive today evening and as promised the teaser of the film had arrived today and now conquering the hearts of viewers. It is not a surprise at all that a Mohanlal’s Kanal teaser arrived and conquering the Malayali hearts Mohanlal film teaser going viral in social media platforms as it is the case every time anything comes out related to this man. Weeks back they had released two motion posters of the film and had got great reception from the fans as well as from the film lovers of Kerala.
The film is coming without making much hype and everyone expects it to be a class film as well which has entertaining elements. The flick has been directed by M Padmakumar who had earlier given a mega mass success with Mohanlal in the lead in the year 2010 and the film was Shikkar which told us a different kind of mystery story in a thrilling mood. This flick Kanal also said to be fall in the category of a thriller and reports are coming in that the flick follows the path of a revenge thriller.

There has been also news came out earlier about the film that Mohanlal playing an anti-hero type character in this film and he is playing such a character after gap as well. Mohanlal is such an actor who is a master in under acting and as per reports this film offers him the scope to play such scenes. Director Padmakumar also said before the shoot that this character named John David which is made for Mohanlal will be one of the nest characters in his career. Suresh Babu had written the script for the film who is the one who wrote Shikkar as well.
Another highlight of the film is the association Mohanlal and Anoop Menon which already generated great expectation among the fans of both. Apart from that fabulous actors like Pratap Pothen and Atul Kulkarni also playing very important role in this film which is slated to release on either October 21 or October 22.
