Simultaneous release for Madhura Raja in China
The long wait for Mammootty starrer ‘Madhura Raja’ is finally coming to an end as the movie is hitting screens tomorrow (April 12). The makers have planned a grand release worldwide. Huge number of fans shows have already been charted in leading centres across Kerala. In the home state alone, the movie will be releasing in 261 screens. Outside Kerala, it’s 281 screens and in overseas region it counts to 274 screens.
Interestingly, the movie is also releasing in China tomorrow. Generally, Indian movies reach Chinese centres only few days after its original release. ‘Madhura Raja’ is probably the first Malayalam film to have a simultaneous China release. This is a testament to the massive hype that the movie carries.
‘Madhura Raja’ has Mammootty reprising the role of Raja from his blockbuster film, ‘Pokkiriraja’. Udhayakrishna has scripted the movie. Its cast comprises of Anusree, Mahima Nambiar, Anna Reshma Rajan, Shamna Kasim, Tamil actor Jai, Jagapathi Babu, Siddique, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Salim Kumar, Vijayaraghavan and Nedumudi Venu.
