It’s U/A for Sarkar; Here’s the release date!
Vijay starrer Sarkar has been censored with a U/A certificate by the censor board officials. As the censoring has been done, the makers, Sun Pictures, have officially announced the release date through their social media handle. Sarkar will be hitting screens worldwide on November 6, Diwali day.
AR Murugadoss has made Sarkar as a political thriller based on the currently political fiasco in Tamil Nadu. The movie has Vijay playing a multi millionaire businessman, who is forced to land in politics due to circumstances. How he initiates a public uprising forms the crux of the movie. It discusses in-depth about the importance of voting and a proper governing body. Considering the genre and nature of the subject, it is understandable why the officials certified it with an U/A.
Keerthy Suresh is paired with Vijay in the movie. Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar is also there in an important character. Pala Karuppaiah, Radha Ravi, Livingston, Yogi Babu, Prem and many others are also part of the supporting cast. The technical crew includes DOP Girish Gangadharan, music director AR Rahman and editor Sreekar Prasad.
