Check out the teaser of Fahadh Faasil’s Carbon!
As informed earlier, the makers of Fahadh Faasil’s Carbon have released the teaser through the movie’s official Facebook page. The movie is scripted and directed by veteran cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Venu. Mamta Mohandas is playing the female lead in this movie, said to be a realistic adventure thriller set in the backdrop of forests.

Fahadh Faasil is playing the role of Sibi, a rustic youth from Kottayam, while Mamta plays Sameera. The movie is primarily centred around these two characters. However, they do not have any romance portions as such.
Carbon is a very exciting film as it has some big names associated with it. KU Mohanan, best known for his works in Bollywood, is making his Malayalam debut with Carbon. Multiple national award winning director-composer Vishal Bhardwaj is handling the music department. Director Venu’s wife Beena Paul, who is also a National award winner, is handling the edits.
Carbon also has a big star cast which includes Soubin Shahir, Sharafudheen, Manikandan Achari, Dileesh Pothan, Ashokan, Lena, Nedumudi Venu, Vijayaraghavan, Kochu Preman and Guppy fame Master Chetan Lal among others.
The movie is being produced jointly by Sibi Thottapuram and Navis Xaviour under the banner of Poetry Film House. It is scheduled to hit screens all across Kerala this Friday (January 19).
