Action Hero Biju fame Anu Emmanuel to debut in Tamil
Anu Emmanuel made her entry into the film industry as a child artist in Jayaram’s Swapna Sanchari. She later made her debut as a lead heroine earlier this year through Nivin Pauly’s blockbuster movie Action Hero Biju.
She is now making her debut in Kollywood through Vishal’s next movie titled as Thupparivaalan. The movie is directed by revered filmmaker Mysskin. Popular South Indian actress Rakul Preeth Singh was earlier roped in to for playing the female lead in the movie but she later opted out owing to schedule clashes.
Kamal Haasan’s daughter Akshara Haasan is playing the role of an antagonist in Thupparivaalan. The movie also features Prasanna, Andrea Jeremiah, Vinay Rai and Bhagyaraj in other important roles.
Thupparivaalan is said to be a fantasy film produced by Vishal’s home production banner Vishal Film Factory.
Anu Emmanuel also made her debut in Tollywood through Nani’s Majnu. She is also playing the second heroine in superstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie. Right now the actress has a handful of projects in Tollywood.
The US brought up actress was initially cast as the heroine in Dulquer Salmaan- Amal Neerad’s new movie before she was replaced by debutant Karthika Muraleedharan.
