Aramm gearing up as the biggest solo opening in Nayanthara’s career!
Nayanthara is arguably the biggest female superstar in South India. She along with Anushka Shetty are probably the only two female actors who can ensure big openings for their solo movies. Nayanathra’s Araam is gearing up to hit screens this coming Friday (November 10) on a wide scale. Leading distributors have bagged the rights for the movie in all major centres.
Aramm directed by debutant Gopi Nainar is a socially relevant movie that deals with the issue of water scarcity. Nayanthara plays the role of a district collector in the movie. Buzz is that the actress has given her career best performance in the movie. The actress in all her recent interviews has said that Aramm is a movie which will always be very close to her heart.
The television satellite rights of the movie were bagged by Sun Network (Sun TV) for a whopping price. Think Music has already bagged the musical rights of the film. Nayanthara’s big fan base and her popularity among the families have helped the movie in doing a good pre-release business.
Kakka Muttai fame Ramesh and Vignesh, Ramachandran Durairaj, Sunu Lakshmi are also playing important roles in the movie. Aramm is produced by Kottapadi J Ramesh under his banner KJR Studios. Omprakash is the cinematographer for this movie while National award winning action choreographer Peter Hein has handled the stunts. The highly talented Ghibran has composed the music.
