Jeethu Joseph was working on ‘Ram’ with superstar Mohanlal when the lockdown was announced. The makers are now planning to shelve the film for a brief while. This is because some major portions of the film are left to be shot in UK. Due to the current scenario where countries across the world are affected by Covid-19, it is nearly impossible for any film shoot abroad.
Meanwhile, Jeethu Joseph is working on a couple of other scripts. After almost 13 years of the release of his debut film ‘Detective’ starring Suresh Gopi, the director is planning to make a full length investigative thriller. He revealed this in a recent interview with ‘The Cue’. More details regarding the cast and crew are not yet known.
However, Jeethu’s next to go on floor will not be the above mentioned investigative thriller. It is a small scale film that has a thriller tone. The entire film will be shot in Kerala and they are planning to start rolling as and when the government grants permission.
