Dhanush’s ‘Idly Kadai’ Hits Theatres April 10, 2025
Mark your calendars, Dhanush fans! The versatile star’s latest directorial venture, Idly Kadai, is set for a grand theatrical release on April 10, 2025. This project marks Dhanush’s fourth outing as a director, following Pa Paandi, Raayan, and his soon-to-be-released film Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam. Taking on both directing and acting roles in Idly Kadai, Dhanush brings his unique creative vision to this much-awaited film, with Nithya Menen joining him as the female lead.
The soundtrack, composed by longtime collaborator GV Prakash Kumar, promises to elevate the film’s emotional depth. Idly Kadai is a joint production by Dawn Pictures, Red Giant Movies, and Wunderbar Films, with Aakash Baskaran and Dhanush as producers and Sreyas Srinivasan as the executive producer. Kiran Koushik’s cinematography, Prasanna GK’s editing, and Jacki’s production design round out a strong technical team that promises to deliver a quality cinematic experience.
