E4 Entertainment is now all set for making for a grand entry to Kollywood by bagging the Tamil remake rights of superhit Telugu movie Arjun Reddy. CV Sarathy, one of the founders of E4 Entertainment revealed this big news through his official Facebook account.
Earlier there were reports about actor Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films acquiring the Tamil remake rights of Arjun Reddy. However, we now learn that E4 Entertainment has clinched the deal and they have already started working on the Tamil version.
Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda in the titular role tells the story of a medical surgeon who falls madly in love with his college junior. Arjun becomes alcoholic post break-up and the rest of the story is about how he redeems himself. The movie directed by debutant Sandeep Reddy Vanga has emerged as a sensational success all across South India. Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has been approached for the Hindi remake while Yash is said to be playing the lead in the Kannada version.
