Evergreen Hero Jayaram to sing in Aadupuliyattam !
We know many Mollywood stars who can sing well. Many stars from our industry had sung in their films and even the new generation actors also doing that. We can say that Super Star Mohanlal is the most celebrated singer among the stars who can sing here in Mollywood. We are not forgetting the Late Kalabhavan Mani. But when consider the mainstream heroes, its Mohanlal. Suresh Gopi is a superb singer, but he did not sung in many films. Mammootty had sung in some films and young actors like Prithviraj, Jayasurya, Indrajith and even Dulquer Salmaan had sung in many films and got the applause from the audience. Dileep also sung in some of his films. Now, the popular actor Jayaram also sung for the upcoming film of his named Aadupuliyattam, directed by Kannan Thamarakkulam.
Jayaram is singing for this film under the music direction of Ratheesh Vega. Ratheesh Vega is the one who gave Mohanlal, the super successful song Aattu Manal Paayayil and he is popular for many super hit songs too from films like Cocktail, Beautiful etc. As per reports the audio rights of the film Aadu Puliyattaom was sold for a record price of 10 lakhs.
This is the biggest budget film ever made with Jayaram in the lead and is produced by Haseeb Haneef and Noushad Alathur. The film has popular south Indian and Bollywood artists like Remya Krishnan, Ompuri etc in it along with Jayaram. It is a horror comedy based on a myth which is almost 600 years old. The film said to be releasing on this coming Vishu Day. On April14th, it will release all over India above 600 screens and it will be a record for a Malayalam film.
Jayaram had earlier sung in a film named Ente Veedu appoontem, directed by Sibi Malayil and in that film he had sung with his son Kalidas Jayaram, who was the main lead of that film. Kalidas was a child artist then. But it was a song like a local nursery rhyme and this may be the first film in which he sings a full fledged song.
