Fahadh Faasil’s Malik wrapped up!
Shoot for Fahadh Faasil starrer ‘Malik’ has finally been wrapped up. The ambitious film directed by ‘Take Off’ director Mahesh Narayanan has been on the floors for around four months now. Anto Joseph Film Company is producing it and is said to be made on a budget of close to Rs 30 crores. Fahadh plays the lead role and the cast also includes actors like Joju George, Nimisha Sajayan and Vinay Forrt in major roles.
‘Malik’, scripted by director Mahesh himself, is based on a true incident that occurred few years back in Kerala. The film is a political thriller centred around a sensitive coastal area where there was a resistance against the constant threat of displacement of a minority community.

Fahadh Faasil plays the lead character, Sulaiman, a person who was responsible for leading his community in their fight against injustice. The actor had shed lot of weight as he appears in multiple looks in the film. Some leaked location stills feature him in a nearly unrecognizable look. Fans and cinephiles are eagerly looking forward to the film and his performance.
