Premam piracy issue is the hot topic that Mollywood is dealing right now and it has been almost 2 weeks since the issue has started. Police and Anti-Piracy cell still searching for the source from which the pirated print had come out and as per reports some arrests were made at Malappuram district today regarding the selling of pirated prints. Anti-Piracy cell and cyber cell investigation is going on and they said that the print was uploaded from Canada and they are making preparations for an arrest.
Meanwhile the financer of the film Anwar Rasheed had raised some serious allegations against the film associations in Mollywood and also complained that our law enforcement organizations were not acting properly as well. But there are some other issues popped up in between regarding this issue and it was related to Mohanlal and Mammootty.
The first allegation regarding Premam piracy issue was against Mammootty as reports said that Mammootty is behind the leaking of the censor copoy as he had some personal interest to protect. The success of Premam had raised Nivin Pauly’s stardom and it directly or indirectly affects Dulquer Salmaan who is the son of mega star Mammootty.
If Premam went on with its success saga Dulquer Salmaan may really go down in front of Nivin Pauly as a star and Mammootty using his hold in politics and also among higher officials said to be the one behind the leaking of the censor copy. But it was rubbish to think that much without any proofs and everybody knows that Mammootty is a gem of a person who never does anything like this.
Then the second allegation came and this was against Mohanlal. There is a chance that the pirated copy may come from the labs from where the post-production works of Premam had taken place. According to reports it had took place in Priyadarshan’s Four Frames studio Chennai and aries Vismaya Max Trivandrum. Some says that Mohanlal and Priyadarshan is behind the leak of the print in order to pull back premam from breaking the collection record of Mohanlal starrer Drishyam.
But many of them do not aware of the fact that Vismaya Max was not at all Mohanlal’s now because he had sold to Aries group a year ago. Thus the allegation itself become baseless and logic less. The explanation from both studios had come as well that which shows that they are clean in this issue as well.
These allegations are really made by the part of a fan fight between Mammootty and Mohanlal in social media and it really take the attention away from the real issue of piracy as well.
