Here’s Dulquer Salmaan from the sets of ‘The Zoya Factor’

Dulquer Salmaan is currently busy shooting for his Hindi film, The Zoya Factor. The movie is based on Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 best seller novel of the same name. Dulquer and Sonam Kapoor play the lead roles in the movie. Abhishek Sharma, who has helmed movies like The Shaukeens and Tere Bin Laden, is directing the movie. A few location stills featuring Dulquer have gone viral in social medias.

Zoya Factor, the novel is centred around Zoya Singh Solanki, a PR executive. Zoya was born on the exact moment when the Indian cricket team won the 1983 World Cup. She is considered as a lucky charm by the Indian team and media. While everyone consider her lucky, team’s captain Nikhil Khoda doesn’t believe in it and he is always at loggerheads with Zoya. She keeps clashing with the Indian skipper, and what follows is a love-hate relationship.

Sonam Kapoor is playing the role of Zoya while Dulquer Salmaan essyas captain Nikhil Khoda’s role in the movie. Prior to the movie’s shoot, Dulquer had taken up basic cricket coaching prior to play his part. Fox Star Studios and Adlabs Films are jointly funding the movie which is scheduled as an April release, next year.
