Here’s the new poster of Petta featuring Rajinikanth and Trisha!

As Petta gears up to hits screens next month, the makers have already started the promotions in full swing. They have been releasing the character posters for the last few days and the latest to come out is the one featuring Trisha. Her character is named Saro in the film and she is paired with a young looking Rajinikanth. We presume that she appears in the flashback portions of the movie. Though she has been in the industry for nearly two decades, this is her first film with the superstar.

‘Petta’ has a huge lineup of actors and all their character poster are expected to be released one by one in the coming days. The movie’s cast includes Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sasikumar, Bobby Simha, Simran, Trisha, Malavika Mohanan, Sasikumar and Megha Akash, Mahendran and many others.

‘Petta’ directed by Karthik Subbaraj is touted to be a mass entertainer. Its technical crew comprises of music director Anirudh Ravichander, DOP Tirru, editor Vivek Harshan and action choreographer Peter Hein. Kalanithi Maran is producing the movie under the banner of Sun Pictures. It is scheduled to hit screens for Pongal, 2019. A grand audio launch has been planned to be held in Chennai today.
