Actress Parvathy who is popularly known as Parvathy Menon says that she never want to know by her caste name and her name is Parvathy only. She did not want to attach the caste name Menon’ along with her name and she don’t like it at all. She spoke about this caste issue regarding her name while she was attending a felicitation ceremony given to her by the Bar association in Kozhikkodu. She says that many people calls her by the wrong name Parvathy Menon and she says she is only Parvathy not Parvathy Menon.
Parvathy asks media and her colleagues from film industry to mind this fact and stop calling or mention her using the caste name along with her name. She is the most talented and one of the most popular actress now in Mollywood with back to back successes like Bangalore Days and Ennu Ninte Moideen. In both those films she got powerful characters to play named Sarah and Kanchanamala.
Now she is waiting for the film named Charlie in which she played a key role opposite Dulquer Salmaan. The film will release on 24th December and it directed by Martin Prakatt and scripted by Unni R. It is the second time that she became the heroine of Dulquer Salmaan after Bangalore Days. She has got great popularity in Tamil as well after playing the heroine of Dhanush in Mariyan and her performance in that film got great critical appreciation as well. Her next Tamil flick which will be releasing soon is the Tamil remake of Bangalore Days.
Her character in Ennu Ninte Moideen, named Kanchanamala had got great appreciation and many believes that she will get great recognitions in state and national level for the performance in the above mentioned film. Popular script writer Unni R also said in his recent interview hat Parvathy is the best actress who had worked with him so far. He also appreciated her commitment and dedication towards her work.
