John Paul George’s next with Kunchako Boban titled as Mariam Tailors
Promising young filmmaker John Paul George, known for his films ‘Guppy’ and ‘Ambili’ is set to team up with Kunchacko Boban next. The film has been titled as ‘Mariam Tailors’. The official announcement was made on Christmas day by releasing the title poster. Shoot is expected to begin early next year and Central Pictures will be releasing the film in Kerala.
John Paul George’s debut film ‘Guppy’ was a critically acclaimed one that got a wide reach after its online release. Though expectations were high on his second film ‘Ambili’ starring Soubin Shahir, it failed to satisfy the majority. The director is expected to come up with a wholesome entertainer this time. With Kunchacko Boban as the lead, the film is certain to appeal to the family audience.
‘Mariam Tailors’ is the star’s fourth film with Ashiq Usman after ‘Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum’, ‘Varnyathil Aashanka’, ‘Allu Ramendran’ and the upcoming thriller film ‘Anjaam Pathira’.
