Malayalam cinema’s young stars wish Suriya on his birthday

Tamil star Suriya is turning 45 today and as usual social medias are flooded with birthday wishes. From Malayalam industry, young stars like Nivin Pauly, Dulquer Salmaan, Unni Mukundan, Asif Ali, Antony Varghese and Aju Varghese have wished Suriya through their respective social media handle.

Earlier in the day, to make Suriya’s birthday special, the makers of his upcoming film ‘Soorarai Pottru’ released a song teaser online. It is a 1-minute long cut from the song ‘Kaattu Payale’ that features Suriya and Aparna Balamurali as a newly wed couple. ‘Rowdy Baby’ fame Dhee has sung the track and is composed by GV Prakash.

‘Soorarai Pottru’ is expected to release soon after theatres start functioning normally. The star has also signed for films with directors Hari, Vetrimaaran and Siva. He is also in talks to play one of the leads in an upcoming Tamil web series for Amazon Prime which will be headlined by Mani Ratnam.
