Mammootty dubs in Telugu for Agent; Video grabs attention
After several delays, the spy-thriller Agent starring Akhil Akkinenni and Malayalam superstar Mammootty is set to hit theatres on April 28. Surender Reddy of ‘Race Gurram’ fame is directing the film and it is scripted by Vakkantham Vamsi. The espionage thriller made on a big scale is gearing up for release in multiple languages. Recently, the makers shared a video of Mammootty dubbing for his portions in Telugu. It comes shortly after trolls for the trailer in which there were two voices for Mammootty’s character.
‘Agent’ has Akhil as ‘the most notorious, most ruthless patriot’. Mammootty essays the role of Mahadev, who is the head of the national security agency. He is assigned to capture Akhil’s character. The film is produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara, and co-produced by Ajay Sunkara and Pathi Deepa Reddy under the banners of AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, respectively. The technical crew includes Hip Hop Tamizha as the music director, Rasool Ellore as the cinematographer and Naveen Nooli as the editor.
