Mammootty Honored by Australian Parliament; Personalized Stamps Unveiled

Mammootty, the iconic figure of Mollywood, received a prestigious accolade from the Australian National Parliament during a special event held in Canberra. This remarkable occasion featured the unveiling of a set of personalized stamps bearing the distinguished visage of Mammootty himself.

The event was orchestrated by the Parliamentary Friends of India in the Australian Parliament, in collaboration with the Australia-India Business Council, at the grand Parliament House Hall. The inaugural stamp from this collection was ceremoniously presented to Mr. Manpreet Vohra, the Indian High Commissioner in Australia.

In a notable gesture, Dr. Andrew Charlton, a distinguished member of the Australian Parliament and Chairman of the Parliamentary Friends of India, represented the Australian President at this event.
