Parvati Nair contributes generously towards Covid-19 relief
Parvati Nair, who has done roles in Tamil and Malayalam films, has contributed generously to the relief activities related to the Covid-19 outbreak. She has donated Rs 1 lakh each to the Prime Minister’s relief fund and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s relief fund. Apart from that, she has also provided 1500 kg of rice bags to FEFSI workers and 1000 kg to Cinema Pathrikaialargal Sangam, a film journalists association in Kollywood.
Parvati Nair has acted in a handful of Malayalam, Tamil and a couple of Kannada films. She is well known for roles in films like ‘Yennai Arindhaal’, ‘Neerali’, ‘Uttama Villain’, ‘Story Kathe’ (Kannada) and ‘James and Alice’. For an actress who is still finding feet in the industry, it is quite a benevolent gesture from Parvati’s part to help those in suffering. Other female actors like Nayanthara and Aishwarya Rajesh have also offered financial assistance to the FEFSI workers.
