Global superstar Priyanka Chopra is reportedly in discussions to join SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated next film, tentatively titled SSMB29. Starring Mahesh Babu in the lead, the film is touted as a grand action-adventure, penned by veteran screenwriter Vijayendra Prasad. Sources close to the project suggest Priyanka Chopra is in advanced negotiations and may soon sign on, marking an exciting collaboration.
The film, said to be one of India’s most ambitious projects with an estimated budget of ₹900-₹1,000 crore, is set to go on floors in January 2025. Described as a globe-trotting adventure, key sequences will reportedly be shot in the Amazon rainforest, offering a never-before-seen cinematic experience. Vijayendra Prasad recently shared that it took two years to craft the film’s story, promising a brand-new cinematic universe for audiences.
