The team of upcoming Malayalam movie Queen joined the protests last day in Trivandrum. They supported the students demand and urged the university to withdraw the system. They also shared a live video from the secretariat premises in the movie’s official Facebook page. It is quite heartening to see filmmakers showing social responsibility and raising their voice for a good cause.
Queen is a movie about the life of engineering students in the state. Most of the crew members including the producers, director Dijo Jose Antony and writers Jebin Joseph Antony and Sharis Muhammed are all engineers. So, they must be aware of the trouble the students are facing due to this newly introduced system.
