Rajinikanth’s political entry: Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan wish him luck!
After years of speculations, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth has finally announced that he will be joining politics. The 68-year-old actor made the announcement today in the presence of fans and media at Raghavendra Mandapam, Chennai. As soon as Rajinikanth officially announced his political entry, social medias erupted with hundreds of congratulatory posts.
Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, who is a very close friend of Rajinikanth has wished him all success on his political stint. Bachchan has tweeted,

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan also welcomed Rajinikanth to the world of politics. The former is already in the process of starting his party and has been actively involved in all socio-political issues in Tamil Nadu in the recent past.
Not just Tamil Nadu, but the whole country is talking about Rajinikanth’s political entry right now. He has stated that he will not be joining any existing party, but start a party on his own. His party will be contesting in all 234 seats in Tamil Nadu in the upcoming assembly elections.
Addressing the gathering, Rajinikanth said, “My decision is the need of the hour. Time has forced me into this. It is time for a political change. We need to change the system. We need ‘spiritual’ politics. I want watchdogs, not cadres, and I will be the head watchdog. Together, we need to keep a watchful eye on whatever is going wrong. It is only in our country that you see, that not just invaders, but our politicians have robbed us too. I can achieve all this only with support from you all. I hope I get blessings from god and the people.”
