Release date confirmed for Dhyan Sreenivasan’s Sachin
Dhyan Sreenivasan’s long delayed ‘Sachin’ is finally getting ready for release. The movie is confirmed to hit screens on July 12. Last day, the movie was censored with a clean U. It has a run time of just over 2 hours. Santhosh Nair of ‘Money Ratnam’ is directing this movie. It is scripted by SL Puram Jayasurya, who has previously directed movies like ‘Angel John’ and ‘Speed Track’.
Sachin is a romantic-comedy entertainer that has cricket as the backdrop. Anna Reshma Rajan of ‘Angamaly Diaries’ fame is the female lead. Aju Varghese, Ramesh Pisharody Dharmajan Bolgatty, Renji Panicker, Hareesh Kanaran, Appani Sarath Kumar and Maniyanpilla Raju are also part of the movie’s supporting cast.
Neil D’Cunha is the DOP and veteran Ranjan Abraham is the editor. Manu Manjith has penned the lyrics and Shaan Rahman handles the music department. The movie is being produced by Jude Agnel Sudhir and Juby Ninan under the banner of JJ Productions.
