Soubin Shahir and Manju Warrier team up for Vellarikka Pattanam
Soubin Shahir and Manju Warrier are coming together for a new film titled ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’. Mahesh Vettiyar will be directing the film, the first look poster of which has been released online. Both the lead actors have shared the poster and sounded excited about the project. Full On Studios is producing the film.
From the poster, ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’ looks like a quirky fun film. Director Mahesh Vettiyar has scripted the film along with Sarath Krishna. Jayesh Nair is the DOP and edits will be handled by Appu Bhattathiri and Arjun Benn. Sachin Shankor Mannath is the music director.
Manju Warrier and Soubin Shahir are also working together in the upcoming Santosh Sivan film ‘Jack and Jill’. Both the actors have multiple other projects coming up. Soubin has ‘Djinn’ and ‘Halal Love Story’ awaiting release. He has also committed for films with directors Aashiq Abu, Bhadran and debutant Shamal Sulaiman.
Manju Warrier is part of biggies like ‘Marrkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’ and ‘The Priest’. She will also be seen in a crucial role in the Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Padavettu’. ‘Lalitham Sundaram’, ‘Chathut Mukham’ and ‘Kayyattam’ are her other upcoming films.
