The crime drama “Paathirathri”, directed by Rathina and featuring Soubin Shahir and Navya Nair in lead roles, has turned out to be a massive success. The film, produced by Dr. K V Abdul Nasser and Aashiya Nasser under the banner of Benzy Productions, has been receiving rave responses from both critics and audiences since its release. Distributed in Kerala by Dream Big Films, “Paathirathri” has emerged as one of the most talked-about thrillers of the season. Following the film’s huge success, Soubin Shahir, who played the role of police officer Hareesh, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the audience for their overwhelming love and support.
Sharing his happiness, Soubin revealed that he has been receiving numerous calls from viewers who praised the film’s gripping moments and emotional depth, especially the climax. He added that the response has been truly rewarding and urged those who haven’t watched the film yet to experience it in theatres. “Paathirathri” marks director Rathina’s second venture after “Puzhu”, which starred Mammootty. Set around an unexpected series of events that unfold in a single night, “Paathirathri” delves into the lives of police officers Jancy (Navya Nair) and Hareesh (Soubin Shahir). The film skillfully blends tension, thrill, and emotion, with standout performances from the entire cast including Sunny Wayne, Ann Augustine, and others.
