Sudhi Koppa and Surabhi Lakshmi team up for Njan Manoharan
Sudhi Koppa and National award winning actress Surabhi Lakshmi are set to play the lead roles in a new film titled ‘Njan Manoharan’. The film is to be directed by Lidesh Devassy. He has also written the film’s story while screenplay is penned by Jince K Benny. The film comes with the tagline “I’m not short, I’m just not unusually tall”. The tagline gives the impression that the film is about a short person.
Sudhi Koppa supposedly plays the titular role of Manoharan. Though he is known for his comedy roles, Sudhi has also delivered impressive performances in films like ‘Paippin Chuvattile Pranayam’, ‘Joseph’ and ‘Porinju Mariam Jose’. ‘Njan Manoharan’ is expected to be a break for him.
On the technical front, the film has Nithin P Mohan cranking the camera and Saibalan composing the songs. Mejo Joseph will be handling the music department. Others in the crew include production controller Sasi Poduval, makeup artist Rasheed Ahammed, costume designer Sunil Rahman and art director Arun P Arjun.
