Mazha: Watch this melodious song from Kunchacko Boban’s Shikkari Shambu
Kunchacko Boban’s Shikkari Shambu is gearing up for release. The movies have been prevalent for a long time. But it is not often that the remake rights of a movie gets sold even before its release. Reportedly, Kunchacko Boban’s upcoming release Shikkari Shambu is one such film. It is learnt that the movie’s Tamil remake rights has already been acquired by a leading production house in Kollywood.
Shikkari Shambu marks the reunion of Kunchacko Boban with director Sugeeth and writer Nishad Koya after delivering hits like Ordinary and Madhura Naranga. The movie’s story is written by Shanavas Abbas and Raju Chandra. It is a fun entertainer set in a fictional village ‘Kuruthimalakavu’ located at the heart of the beautiful Idamalayar and Bhoothathankettu. The core plot evolves when Peeli, played by Kunchacko Boban, and his gang reach the village in the disguise of wild hunters.
Kattapanayile Rithwik Roshan fame Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Hareesh Kanaran, Krishna Kumar, newbie Alphonsa and Salim Kumar play other major roles. Directors Aji John, Johnny Antony and MA Noushad are also part of the supporting cast.
Popular Tamil producer RK Suresh is playing the villain role in this movie. Shoot has already been wrapped up and the team is currently busy with post-production works. SK Lawrence is producing the movie under the banner of Angel Maria Films.
