Shah Rukh Khan appears as a dwarf in this teaser of Zero!
It has been a while since Shah Rukh Khan has started shooting for Aanand L Rai’s film. It is an ambitious film in which SRK plays the role of a dwarf. The makers unveiled the title and launched the trailer on New Year’s day. The movie has been titled as ‘Zero’.
The movie involves a lot of VFX works and hence pre- production works were started way back in 2015. From the teaser itself, it is evident that the makers have put in their best of efforts to bring out something unseen in Indian cinema.
Shah Rukh Khan had claimed that Zero will not just be the most technically advanced film in India but in the whole world. The recently released teaser has justified his statement. Zero stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma as the female leads. The latter is reportedly playing the role of a mentally challenged girl.
This will be SRK and Anushka’s fourth film together. They have previously acted in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Jab Tak Hai Jaan and for Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming movie. SRK, Anushka Sharma and Katrina have acted together in Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
Zero is said to be a fun filled entertainer with an emotional element as it’s core. Anand L Rai has previously directed widely acclaimed movies like Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa and Tanu Weds Manu: Returns. Zero is being produced by SRK’s own banner Red Chillies Entertainment. The movie is slated to hit screens worldwide on December 21.
