Siriki: Here’s the first single from Suriya’s Kaappaan
‘Kaappaan’ is gearing up to hit screens next month. The movie directed by KV Anand has a stellar star cast lead by two of South cinema’s biggest stars – Mohanlal and Suriya. As the movie gets ready for release on August 30, the makers have released the first single online. The track titled ‘Siriki’ is s fast dance number that is rendered by Senthil Ganesh and Ramani Ammal. It is composed by Harris Jayaraj.
‘Kaappaan’ is touted to be an action packed thriller. The movie has Mohanlal as the Indian Prime Minister’s role Chandrakanth Varma, which is said to be a grey-shaded role. Suriya plays the role of a high-rank National Security Guard (NSG) officer, who is in charge of the PM’s security. The movie’s cast also includes Arya, Sayyeshaa, Boman Irani, Shamna Kasim and Samuthirakani in major roles
Lyca Productions is producing ‘Kaappaan’. Besides Tamil, the movie is alsl releasing in Telugu. The Telugu version has been titled as ‘Bandobast’ and teaser will be released online tomorrow.
