Dileep-Prayaga Martin upcoming movie titled as Ramaleela
Dileep’s upcoming movie directed by debutant Arun Gopi is titled as Ramaleela. This movie is bankrolled by Tomichan Mulakupadam under his banner Mulakupadam Films.
This is Tomichan Mulakupadam’s next film after Pulimurugan, the biggest ever blockbuster in Malayalam cinema history.
Ramaleela is a political thriller laced with humour. Popular scribe Sachy is writing the script for this movie.
After debuting as a director through Prithviraj Sukumaran’s romantic superhit movie Anarkali, this is the first time Sachy is writing a script for another director.
Current heartthrob of Mollywood, Prayaga Rose Martin is roped in to play the female lead opposite Dileep. Veteran Kollywood actress Radhika Sarathkumar is making a comeback to Kollywood after two decades through this movie.
Reportedly, Dileep will play an MLA in this movie. The actor has earlier played the role of an MLA in his earlier movies like Lion and Nadodi Mannan.
But, Ramaleela will be a different kind of movie with thrilling elements narrated in a humour track.
Dileep who got recently married to actress Kavya Madhavan will finish the dubbing of his upcoming release, Georgettan’s Pooram when he returns back from his Dubai trip.
After that he will be shooting for an 8 day schedule for Professor Dinkan directed by Ramachandra Babu. Only after finishing these prior commitments, Dileep will be joining the sets of Ramaleela.
He will also be shooting for Ratheesh Ambat’s Kammara Sambhavam, in which he is playing the lead along with South Indian actor Sidharth. Actor/writer Murali Gopy has written this movie.
