Mohanlal-Prithviraj team’s Lucifer getting ready!
The highly anticipated Mohanlal starrer Lucifer is gearing up to go on floors. Young star Prithviraj is making his directorial debut with this film scripted by the multifaceted Murali Gopy. Mohanlal shared a photo of Prithviraj, Murali Gopy and Antony Perumbavoor in his official social media handle. The photo was taken during a recent discussion session.
The movie is funded by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Mohanlal’s own production house Aashirvad Cinemas. The movie is eagerly awaited by Malayalam movie lovers as it brings together two of the biggest stars of the industry – Mohanlal and Prithviraj – for the first time. Also, fans are excited to see how Prithviraj showcases Mohanlal in his debut outing as a director.
Prithviraj had recently hinted that Lucifer, like all Murali Gopy scripts, will be an intense film that demands strong performances from the actors. Murali Gopy is known for his scripts like Left Right Left, Ee Adutha Kaalathu and 1 by Two. Unlike the duo’s previous outing Tiyaan, Lucifer is a film based completely on the ground reality in Kerala. They have promised to utilize both the star and the phenomenal actor in Mohanlal.
Lucifer is slated to go on floors by the first week of May. Before that Mohanlal has planned to complete shoot for Odiyan and his upcoming thriller film with Ajoy Varma.
