‘Bhaskarabharanam’ Teaser Unveils a Witty Tale of Family Chaos
The makers of “Bhaskarabharanam” have unveiled the film’s teaser, offering audiences a sneak peek into an offbeat dark comedy packed with quirky characters and unexpected twists. The teaser, which was launched by Vineeth Sreenivasan, has quickly caught the attention of movie lovers online.
Set within a dysfunctional household, the film follows a bizarre chain of events triggered by a family’s growing frustration with its domineering patriarch. As a mother, her son, and a trusted domestic worker join forces, their outrageous plans lead to a series of comedic and unpredictable situations.
“Bhaskarabharana” marks the third directorial outing of Rupesh Peethambaran, following “Theevram” and “You Too Brutus”. Apart from directing, Rupesh also plays a pivotal role in the film. Familiar to Malayalam audiences since his memorable appearance in “Spadikam”, he returns with a story that blends family drama, satire, and dark humor.
The film is slated to hit theatres on June 26. The cast includes Sonika Meenakshi, Ajay Pavithran, Mithun M. Das, Parvathy Kalarickal, and several others. Produced under the banners of Nikaf and Goodfellas in Films, the project features music by Godwin Thomas and cinematography by Uma Kumarapuram.
