Action Hero Biju 100 days celebrated at Ernakulam and Trivandrum

Nivin Pauly’s first release of this year named Action Hero Biju had completed 100 days in theaters today. This Abrid Shine directorial film had made a terrific comeback to success after facing great degrading from social media circles or from a group of people who wanted to destroy this movie. The movie came back strongly to winning ways after the fall it suffered in its first week.

Now, it had become one of the big blockbusters of this year by collecting more than 30 crore from its worldwide run. This film is produced by Nivin Pauly and Abrid Shine jointly as well. The 100 day Celebration at Kochi were occurred at Lulu Mall, Edappally and the celebration at Trivandrum was at a theater named Devi Priya.

This is the second success of Abrid Shine as a director as his first film 1983 which released in 2014 was also a great success at box office and won critical appreciation too. 1983 had won the state film award that year as well. Action Hero Biju is now considered as one of the best police films that ever made in Mollywood because of the realistic approach with which the team had made this film. Critics had showered their praise on this movie for its honest approach to the life of a police officer in our state. Abrid Shine and Nivin Pauly got appreciation from the Police Department of Kerala as well for making such a realistic film based on their life.

Everywhere it was accepted with great appreciation from the audience and Abrid Shine had now become one of the most trusted director in Mollywood. His two films speaks volumes about this man’s craftsmanship and talent. Now people expect more from him and they believe that he is one among a few directors who can make Mollywood to go forward with its head held high.
