Antony Perumbavoor’s life history should be taught in IIM, mocks NS Madhavan
Mohanlal’s blog supporting the government’s demonetisation move is currently the hot topic of discussion in many social media pages.
Many celebrities and politicians have criticized Mohanlal’s blog. Writer NS Madhavan through the micro blogging website, Twitter mocked Mohanlal’s close aide Antony Perumbavoor by tweeting that Antony’s journey from a car driver to a 100 crore club member should be taught in IIMs.
The writer had earlier also tweeted that Antony Perumbavoor should retire. In his blog Mohanlal used an analogy by comparing people standing in queues in Beverages Corporation and movie theatres to those standing to withdraw money from banks and ATMs. Apparently this comparison has not gone well with those who are opposing the government’s sudden move.

Many people have criticized Mohanlal for not commenting without understanding the depth of the situation. Politicians like MLA VT Balaraman, VD Satheesan, lyricist Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi have all opposed Mohanlal’s views in his blog.
The central government’s poor planning and implementation of the demonetisation of higher denomination notes have been met with severe criticism across the country.
