Anu Emmanuel opts out of Dhruva Natchathiram
Action Hero Biju fame Anu Emmanuel has opted out of Vikram’s spy thriller Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. According to reports, the actress had to back out of the project due to her tight schedule.
Vikram is simultaneously shooting for both Dhruva Natchathiram and Vaalu fame Vijay Chander’s movie. So the actress had no other option but opt out from this highly anticipated movie.
Latest reports from K Town confirm that Gautham Menon has roped in Ritu Varma after being impressed with her performance in the Telugu blockbuster Pelli Choopulu. It must be noted that Gautham Menon acquired the remake rights of Pelli Choopulu in Tamil.
Anu Emmanuel is currently one of the busiest actresses in Telugu industry. She had recently signed for her Kollywood debut with Vishal in Thupparivalan, a fantasy thriller directed by Mysskin. There are also reports about Anu playing the second heroine in Tollywood superstar Pawan Kalyan’s next movie directed by ace filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas. She will also be seen in Gopichand’s Oxygen and Beware of Kittu in Telugu.
Dhruva Natchathiram is a spy thriller in which Vikram is reportedly playing a RAW agent. The movie is Gautham Menon’s pet project which he initially started with Suriya but later got shelved due to their creative differences. The movie has already started rolling.
According to the director, the movie have high octane action sequences shot on an international scale. Malayali cinematographer Jomon T John is cranking the camera for this movie. Gautham Menon’s production house Ondraga Entertainment and Escape Artists Pictures will together produce this movie which is scheduled to release for August this year.
