Bombay chapter of Moothon wrapped up; next in Lakshwadeep
Geetu Mohandas’s Moothon kicked started soon after Nivin Pauly had completed shoot for Althaf Salim’s Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela. The first schedule was said to be shot in Bombay and it had winded up hours ago.
An excited Nivin Pauly announced through Facebook: “Bombay chapter wrap up!! MOOTHON will now travel to Lakshadweep!! Excited and Overwhelmed, can’t wait for this to play on the big screen #Moothon”
Nivin had earlier learned acting lessons from the well-known Atul Moria for the flick. The film which is unique in it’s own kind comprises reality and magical realism. The principal shooting is yet to begin at the Lakshadweep islands.
The bilingual movie penned by Geetu herself is likely to hit screens by the year-end. Her husband and acclaimed film maker Rajeev Ravi cranks the camera. Anurag Kashyap of Bombay Velvet fame marks his entry to our industry as a screenplay writer. The movie is bankrolled by Aanand L Rai under the banner Colour Yellow Productions.
