Empuraan Becomes the Third Indian Film to Release on the World’s Largest IMAX Screen After Jawan & Pushpa 2
Mohanlal’s highly anticipated film Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, is setting new benchmarks with its global release strategy. It will be the first ever Malayalam Film to release in IMAX format across the globe. Scheduled to hit theatres on March 27, 2025, the film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. The film is also seeing an unprecedented release in the UK, where it will screen across 238+ theatres, with more locations being added due to soaring demand.
