Godha fame Wamiqa Gabbi in Kannan Thamarakkulam’s next!
Punjabi actress Wamiqa Gabbi, who was last seen in Basil Joseph’s Godha, has been roped for another Malayalam movie. She is playing the female lead opposite Unni Mukundan in director Kannan Thamarakkulam’s next.

Dinesh Pallath, who was also the writer of Kannan Thamarakkulam’s first two films – Thinkal Muthal Velli Vere and Aadupuliyattam. It is said to be an action packed thriller movie. Reportedly, Wamiqa Gabbi was brought on baord as the character offers ample scope for performance.
Earlier this year, Wamiqa won widespread appreciation for her stellar perfomance in Basil Jospeh’s Godha. She played the role of Aditi, a Punjabi wrestler in the movie which also had Tovino Thomas and Renji Panicker in major roles.
Wamiqa Gabbi made her South Indian debut with Geethanjali Selvaraghavan’s Maalai Nerath Mayakkam. She is currently acting in another Tamil movie, Iravaakaalam also starring SJ Suryah and Sshivada. The actress will be hoping to continue the successful run with her Unni Mukundan film as well.
