Kakshi Amminippilla is one of the best films in Asif Ali’s career: Unni R
Asif Ali starrer ‘Kakshi Amminippilla’ continues to garner positive talks. The movie has taken a decent opening with mostly positive reports all around. Both critics and commoners seemed to have taken a liking for the movie. Recently, writer Unni R had heaped words of appreciation on the makers. In a message addressed to actor Srikanth Murali, Unni R has written that it is one of the best films in Asif’s career. He also particularly mentioned actors Basil Joseph, Ahamed Siddique, Srikanth, Farah Shibla and Sudheesh for their fine perfomances. Along with that, he also congratulated debutant director Dinjith Ayyathan and scriptwriter Sanilesh Shivan.
The movie is centred around the case of newly wed couple, Shajith Kumar Amminipilla and wife Kanthi Sivadasan. Ahmed Siddique and debutante Fara Shibla play these two major roles. Asif Ali essays the role of advocate Pradeepan Manjodi, a political aspirant who is initially reluctant but later takes up the divorce case.
Through this story of an odd couple, the movie tries to address some relevant issues like good parenting, the need for couple getting to know each other before tying the knot and the importance of understanding in a marital life.
