Mathew Thomas’s Fantasy Film ‘Lovely’ to Release in April 2025
The much-anticipated fantasy film Lovely, starring Mathew Thomas, is set to arrive in theaters on April 4, 2025. Written and directed by Dileesh Karunakaran (also known as Dileesh Nair), the film is a unique venture in Malayalam cinema. Dileesh, known for his directorial debut Tamaar Padaar and co-writing hits like Mayaanadhi and Salt N’ Pepper, explores the fantasy genre with Lovely.
The story revolves around a housefly, adding an intriguing element to the plot. The cast includes notable names such as Manoj K Jayan, KPAC Leela, Radhika (Appan fame), Ashwathy Manoharan, Prashanth Murali, and Ganga Meera.
The film also marks the cinematography debut of acclaimed director Aashiq Abu. The technical crew features Vishnu Vijay as the composer and Kiran Das handling the editing. Lovely, presented in a 3D format, is jointly produced by Western Ghats Productions LLP and Neni Entertainments Pvt Ltd.
Before the release of Lovely, Mathew Thomas will be seen in Bromance, a romantic entertainer scheduled to release on February 14, 2025. With two exciting projects lined up, 2025 promises to be a significant year for the talented actor.
