Mike Tyson shoots for Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger
We had earlier reported about the legendary boxer Mike Tyson starring in Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming pan-Indian film ‘Liger’. The team is currently in USA for shooting Tyson’s portions. Last day, Vijay Deverakonda shared a photo taken with him in his Twitter handle and wrote,

‘Liger’ marks Tyson’s acting debut in Indian cinema. He will be seen in a crucial cameo role in the film. Directed by Puri Jagganadh, it is an action-thriller featuring Vijay Deverakonda as kickboxer. As part of preparations for the film, the actor underwent a major physical transformation and martial arts training.
Bollywood actress Ananya Panday plays the female lead. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Makarand Deshpande and Vishu Reddy in important roles. Karan Johar is presenting the Hindi version of ‘Liger’. Charmee Kaur, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta are also part of the production.
The film is planned to be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam.
