Mohanlal as Indian Prime Minister in KV Anand’s next!
As we already know, Suriya and Malayalam superstar are coming together for the first time with KV Anand’s new film. Shoot for the movie (working title- Suriya 37) is currently progressing in Noida. Ever since the project was announced, there has been a buzz about Mohanlal playing a politician in it. Apparently, the buzz has turned out to be true and he is not playing just another politician.
Mohanlal’s character in the movie, Chandrakanth Varma, is the Indian Prime Minister. A few leaked stills from the movie’s loctaion confirmed the same. The actor is shooting in a salt and pepper look for the movie. It is said that his character is a grey shaded one. It will be very interesting to sew how Mohanlal essays the role of a PM.
Arya, Boman Irani, Sayyeshaa and Samuthirakani are also part of the cast.
The movie reportedly has Suriya playing the role a high-rank National Security Guard (NSG) officer, who is in charge of the PM’s security. Both Mohanlal and Suriya are currently shooting for the movie in North India. Recently, while shooting in Noida, Suriya had met some reputed NSG officials. He even shared a couple of photos taken with the officials in his social media handle.
Touted to be an action packed thriller, the movie has been planned to be shot in over ten different countries. Abhinandan Ramanujam is wielding the camera and Harris Jayaraj has been signed as the music director. Lyca Productions is funding this big budget movie.
