Pathonpathaam Noottandu will be a big break for Siju Wilson like how Prabhas became a superstar after Baahubali: Vinayan
Director Vinayan is currently working on ‘Pathonpathaam Noottandu’, an epic-period film set in the 19th century. Siju Wilson plays the lead role in the film. Vinayan, who has launched several actors in the past, firmly believes that ‘Pathonpathaam Noottandu’ will be a career-changing film for Siju. According to him, Prabhas became a superstar after Baahubali. Likewise, this film will offer a big break for Siju.
‘Pathonpathaam Noottandu’ has Siju playing a character named Arattupuzha Velayudha Panicker, a brave Ezhava chieftain who lived in the 19th century. The film tells the untold story of Panicker, who was the first martyr of the Kerala Renaissance movement. Siju worked hard for over 6-7 moths to undergone a major makeover. He built a bulky, warrior-like physique besides training in horse riding and Kalaripayattu.
Along with him, the film has a huge ensemble of actors. Chemban Vinod Jose will be seen playing the role of Kayamkulam Kochunni. Anoop Menon, Deepti Sati, Kayadu Lohar, Sudheer Karamana, Suresh Krishna, Sudev Nair, Sreejith Ravi, Jaffer Idukki, Senthil Krishna, Bibin George, Indrans, Poonam Bajwa, Madhuri Braganza and many others are part of the supporting cast. Gokulam Gopalan is producing this big-budget film.
