Pulimurugan crew had to face threat from wild animals, says Mohanlal
Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan was earlier all set to release on this coming Eid as per reports. Even though the team behind the film had not officially announced the date of its release, sources said that the team behind the film was planning to release it in this coming July. But now it is almost sure that the film will not hit the screens on this July as the post production works are not yet over.
As per some reports coming in, 5 days of shoot is still remaining for this movie. The flick was filmed most of its parts in the dense forests of Kerala. The crew has to face many threats while filming the movie. Mohanlal said that the threat from Elephants was the biggest one as the crew was chased by elephants many times during the shoot.

He said that they winds up the shoot each day at 5 pm in the evening as the wild animals begins to come out once the sun light fades. Still they have to encounter threat from Elephants. But the crew had withstood all those difficulties to complete the shoot. Mohanlal said that Pulimurugan is a down to earth movie which is based on the balance between nature and human life. It tells us the story based on human emotion as well as animal emotion, says the actor.
Even though it is an action packed movie, the makers are tried to make it as a realistic one as well. Mohanlal had fought with a real tiger and that too without using dupes for this flick. Peter Hein choreographed action sequences for this film directed by Vysakh and scripted by Udaya Krishna. Tomichan Mulakupadam produced this big budget movie under the banner of Mulakupaadam films.
