Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn join Akshay Kumar in Sooryavanshi
Akshay Kumar’s new cop flick ‘Sooryavanshi’ directed by Rohit Shetty is nearing completion. Akshay plays an anti-terrorist squad officer named Veer Sooryavanshi in the film. Director Rohit Shetty has created a police cinematic universe of his own with the ‘Singham’ series and Simmba’. While Ajay Devgn stars in the ‘Singham’ series, ‘Simmba’ had Ranveer Singh in the lead.
Like how Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn made guest appearances in ‘Simmba’, ‘Sooryavanshi’ has the coming together of all three. With ‘Sooryavanshi’, Akshay, the khiladi, is back in action. He is performing some daredevil stunts in the film. The makers had recently released a couple of stills featuring Akshay doing a bike chase and a helicopter stunt. The actor had been away from doing action flicks for the last few years and it looks like fans are in a for a definite treat this time. The film is slated for worldwide release on March 27, 2020.
