Simbu’s next directorial is an English film; Gautham Menon to pen the dialogues
Tamil actor Simbu has always been known for making it to the headlines but most of it is related to his personal life. Of late, the multi-talented actor has kept a low profile concentrating more on his professional front. As reported by us earlier, Simbu is prepping up to showcase his directorial skills.
Simbu is playing the lead as well as producing this movie. Now, the latest bit of information we gather is that the movie will be made in English language. The entire movie is being made in English and filmmaker Gautham Menon has been roped in to pen the dialogues.
Simbu himself revealed this big news via his Twitter page. Here’s what he has tweeted,
Regards to the rumors spreading about two versions are false. Only version which is English. Thanks @menongautham for penning the dialogues.
The film will be dubbed in Tamil and other main regional languages. #SilambarasanTRFilm @santoshsivan @thisisysr @menongautham #Antony
Just like a typical English movie, this upcoming film will have no songs and interval. It will be dubbed and released in Tamil and other major regional langauges including Telugu and Hindi.
Ace cinematographer Santhosh Sivan is cranking the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja is handling the music department. This yet-to-be-titled movie is eyeing a September release.
Simbu’s last release Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan (AAA) was a collosal failure in the box office. The makers had planned for a sequel but reportedly due to the disappointing failure of the first part, they have dropped the plan.
