Jason Sanjay, son of renowned actor Thalapathy Vijay, is making his highly anticipated directorial debut with a Tamil film under Lyca Productions. The project, tentatively titled Jason Sanjay 01, will feature Sundeep Kishan in the lead role, with celebrated composer Thaman S handling the music. Jason’s collaboration with Lyca Productions was initially announced in 2023 but gained momentum only this year. With a solid educational background in filmmaking—Jason studied Film Production at Toronto Film School and earned a BA in Screenwriting in London—he has already directed a short film titled Pull The Trigger.
